Position Offered: Project Coordinator
Position Description:
- The job holder will be responsible for the coordination of resources, meetings, and information. They will organize projects with the goal of getting them completed within signed off time, budget and scope. R&Rs;
- Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans and project schedules,
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings,
- Coordination and follow-up of project tasks and actions,
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings,
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings,
- Ensuring project deadlines are met,
- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Providing administrative support as needed,
- Undertaking project tasks as required,
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is
maintained appropriately for each project,
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable,
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and
objective.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid presentation skills
