Job Description:

We are hiring a Placement Executive to support student placement activities and coordinate with companies for job opportunities. The role involves assisting students with interviews, internships, and final placements.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate interviews between students and employers
- Assist students in finding suitable internships and job opportunities
- Communicate with companies regarding hiring requirements
- Support the organization of placement drives and recruitment activities
- Maintain records of student placements and employer interactions
- Follow up with students and employers regarding interview outcomes

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or HR-related roles
- Basic understanding of hiring processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English, Bengali and Hindi

Preferred:

- Experience in the education or training industry
- Exposure to animation, VFX, or related fields

Work Location:

- Kolkata (Work from office)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
