*Job Role & Responsibilities*

*Food Preparation Support

Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.

*Assist chefs in preparing:

Sandwiches

Wraps

Burgers

Pizzas

Pasta

Salads

Desserts

Beverages

Other café menu items

*Kitchen Cleaning & Maintenance

Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, cookware, equipment, and workstations.

*Keep the kitchen, storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers clean and organized.

*Dispose of kitchen waste following hygiene and food safety standards.

Inventory & Stock Management

*Receive, check, and properly store raw materials and supplies using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

*Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor.

*Support inventory counts and stock organizations.





*Food Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines.

*Follow all health and safety procedures, including proper use of gloves, aprons, and hairnets.

Operational Support

Assist during peak hours to ensure quick order preparation.

Handle kitchen equipment carefully and report any faults immediately.

Perform any additional kitchen-related duties assigned by the Head Chef.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
