Skills Preferred:

- Prior experience in Capital market domain with expertise in Operations
- Team management and coordination
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Postgraduate preferably MBA in Finance/MMS/ CA/CS etc with 10- 20 years of post-qualificationexperience
- Experience in the capital markets/Depositories/ Depository participants/RTAs or related field will have added advantage
- Candidate should be open to work in Shifts and will be required to visit Primary site for understanding Operations

Job Description:

- Responsible to smooth functioning of Operations from DR taking overall charge of the DR site.
- To manage, perform and supervise all the operational activities / processes from DR siteof CDSL within timelines and in compliance with the regulatory guidelines.




- To co-ordinate with teams at the primary site to understand the Operational aspects and processes relating Settlement, Corporate actions and Masters
- To ensure that the DR Operations is functioning as per the Regulatory guidelines and make changes accordingly
- To manage the team at the DR site.
- To attend the SEBI Inspections and respond MIIs / Regulatory queries
- Raise various system requirements for implementing the various system related changes and ensure implementation in line with the regulatory guidelines.
- Co-ordinate and manage internal stake holders / team members etc.
- To ensure the SOPs are updated regularly as per the requirements and implement necessary checks and balance for smooth processing of DR Operational activities.
- Managing adhoc activities assigned by the team at the primary site etc.
