Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer closure. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a passion for hiring, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Create and publish job postings on job portals, social media platforms, and company career pages.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
