We are looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, and ad creatives.
- Track conversions using Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and audience targeting.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
