Mandatory Skills:

- Solid understanding of Wintel Infrastructure, VMware platform, Windows servers and Clients
- Knowledge of Windows Server Administration and failover clustering, Physical and Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments, SCOM, SCCM and Virtualization platforms.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT Security standards (like National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
- Good to have on Knowledge of Power-shell scripting and Python
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, AD, DNS, SMTP, NTP, group policies and SNMP .
- Ability to support automation, cloud qualification and brand-new IT implementations
- Preferred to have Industry recognized ITIL and ISO quality management certification
- Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures
- Good to have worked in Agile set and some hand-on practice on tools like ADO

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define, build and operate the VMware, Windows Server, Clients and Desktop remote Infrastructure management services and provide Technical operational support globally for PSnet (Product Supply IT)
- Perform Incident, Change and Problem Management in alignment with scaled Agile framework as a delivery team member.
- Perform the role of a Technical consultant during Major Incident and Critical outages for PSnet VMware Infrastructure issues reported globally.
- Enable fast and optimal project execution according to roll-out plans and ensuring best possible operation and maintenance.




- Ensure a standardized platform worldwide in Product Supply and to establish strong relationship with stakeholders, end users, Service owners and IT suppliers
- Manage Daily operations & Technical support in the IT Infrastructure area for PSnet. Manage the IT Infrastructure, audits and compliance.
- Manage and liaise with the IT Infrastructure vendors providing VMware Infrastructure services across Psnet.
