Hiring for Site Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

- Speak & write English, Tamil fluently
- Monitor site related activities on daily basis
- Regular follow up with Sr Management for commercial approvals
- Vendor partner relationship & cost management
- Take ownership of expenses for project and resources during project progress
- Prepare detailed project execution schedules highlighting interdependencies of various tasks
- Facility & asset management
- Daily expense sheet maintenance and management
- Daily workers assignment and management
- Updating of project trackers & summaries
- Identify the site conditions and prepare the site with necessary arrangement before the start of the work
- Client interaction when the clients visit site
- Maintaining confidentiality of company specific inputs & data
- Understanding basic design of both construction and interior nuances
- Site operation supervision
- Site resource in and out time management
- On-time executions and update the team instantly




- MIS report submission every week
- Handling of customers must be positive attitude
- No compromise on work quality throughout the projects
- Occasional travel

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years experience
- Enthusiastic & energetic
- Punctuality must have
- Communication & affable personality
- Willing to learn & adapt to work environment
- Two wheeler riding experience
- Must have own two wheeler in good condition
- Should be a quick learner
- Medium to good negotiation skills
- Labor management skills
- Vendor management skills
