Job Title: Male & Female House Coordinator / Caretaker

Location: Out of Station (Company Guest House / Facility)
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Accommodation & Meals: Provided by the company (Food + Stay)

Job Overview:

We are hiring dedicated and responsible female candidates (through NGO sourcing) to manage and coordinate household and basic administrative tasks for our company's out-of-station guest facility. Ideal for women looking for stable employment with housing and food support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily household tasks and maintain cleanliness
- Handle weekly party or guest gatherings, including basic hosting support
- Monitor home supplies and ensure proper inventory maintenance
- Manage petty cash and handle basic expense recording
- Assist in guest coordination, including check-in/check-out at the facility




- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness standards across the property

Required Skills:

- Good communication and coordination ability
- Basic cash handling and record-keeping skills
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Ability to manage weekly house events or gatherings
- Understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and basic household operations

Eligibility:

- Female candidates only
- Preferred through NGO referrals or social welfare networks
- Willingness to stay at the company-provided accommodation full-time
- Physically fit and able to handle day-to-day coordination tasks
