About the Role

Geekstack is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in paid advertising and social media management, with a solid focus on data-driven decision-making and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max), and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop and manage social media strategy, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance against key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and implement data-backed optimizations
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and organic content




- Prepare regular performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing practices

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of managing brand social media presence

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and email/WhatsApp marketing
