We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our Medical Devices and Injectable product portfolio across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for national and international markets.Identify, onboard and manage distributors, channel partners, institutional buyers and key customers.
- Generate and convert leads through direct outreach, digital platforms, exhibitions, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors and business partners.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports and business development plans.
- Must be responsible to maintain the records from Lead Generation to Deal closing.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.3-5 years of experience specifically in Medical Devices and/or Injectable Products marketing, sales or business development.
- Experience in domestic and/or international market development preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation,



negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
