Role Overview:

We are seeking highly experienced Lead Salesforce CRM AI Developer to design and deliver AI-powered Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement, sales productivity, service automation, and business outcomes.

The role combines Salesforce platform leadership with expertise in Agentforce, Einstein AI, Generative AI, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development & Architecture

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Lead CRM architecture and establish development standards and best practices.
- Conduct solution reviews and technical governance activities.

AI & Generative AI Solutions

- Implement Salesforce Einstein AI, Einstein GPT, Agentforce, Copilot, and Prompt Builder solutions.
- Develop AI-driven capabilities including:
- Lead scoring and qualification
- Chance forecasting
- Customer sentiment analysis
- Automated email generation
- Service case summarization
- Knowledge article creation

- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude,



and Gemini capabilities into Salesforce ecosystems.

Integrations & Data Management

- Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
- Design enterprise data migration and synchronization solutions.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead Salesforce development teams and technical initiatives.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Mentor developers and drive Agile delivery excellence.
