Job title:Head Electrical and Automation

Reports to:Director

Working hours and location:9 am to 6 pm

Monday to Saturday(2ND AND 4TH SATURDAY off)

Overall purpose of the role:

Heading Electrical and Automation team to achieve the required deliverables within stipulated timelines of project.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Operational:

1.Review of detailed technical documentation, including electrical drawings and derive on bill of materials (BOMs) for electrical panel and instrumentations.

2.Must have knowledge in electrical panel assembly along with various VFD parameter settings.

3.Must have experience in electrical panel assembly along with HMI and PLC.

4.Preparation/Review of 2D CAD electrical drawings using AutoCAD, Knowledge on any other software/process will be added advantage.

5.Collaboration with Production and Design team.

6. Designing and verification for programs/ ladder logics related with process engineering of equipment such as Reactors, Mixers, Fermenters, dryers, homogenizers, mills, coaters, etc. according to requirement (URS) within stipulated time frame with all detailed engineering such as Fabrication of electrical panels, Functional specifications, instrument selections, program development along with ladder diagram etc.

7. Must have knowledge and hands-on skills in Siemens, Mitsubishi etc. programming and development. Must have worked on program development related to SCADA.

8. Planning daily activities and overview of same.

Preparation and presentation of weekly reports on progress of each job order.

10. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

11. Development and improvement of programming with respect to process engineering.

12. Review of all Electrical drawing sets before release of drawings.

13. Coordination with vendors and Clients for any technical discussions and decisions.

14. Visiting client site to understand client’s requirement as and when required

15. Attaining Kick Off meeting with client and act as discussed in the meetings.

Person specification

Skills and experience

· 5 to 10+ years in Process equipment manufacturing industry/Pharmaceutical process equipment manufacturing industry.

· Diploma/Bachelor of Electrical/instrumentation/computer technology/Electronics.

· Experience using AutoCAD, programming software.

· Ability to multi-task.

· Ability to prioritize and work under pressure

· Good interpersonal skills

· Highly organized and adaptable

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

Mandatory

CTC range in accordance with knowledge and experience

25000/- to 40000/- PM.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
