Job Title: Field Officer

Reports To: Area Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Field Officer is responsible for managing on-ground operations, conducting field visits, collecting and verifying information, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of company programs or projects. The role requires regular travel, effective communication, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to assigned locations.
- Collect, verify, and maintain field data accurately.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, or stakeholders.
- Monitor project or operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify issues in the field and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned targets and tasks.




- Represent the organization professionally during field interactions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of field operations, sales, or customer service experience (preferred).
- Freshers may apply if willing to travel.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, mobile applications).
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
