Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, distributor management, and market expansion across Delhi & NCR. The candidate should have robust experience in the FMCG sector, with exposure to spices products being an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships.
- Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities and schemes.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the field sales team to improve productivity and target achievement.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide reports on business performance.
- Ensure availability, visibility, and distribution of products across channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Prior experience in spices category will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of distributor handling, general trade, and market expansion.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Must have experience handling the Delhi & NCR market.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
