Job Overview

SeekNEO IT Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior SEO Executive to manage SEO strategies, improve organic search visibility, and drive quality website traffic. The candidate should have strong experience in On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, content optimization, and SEO analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for multiple client projects.
- Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage On-Page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with development teams for implementation.
- Identify and resolve crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and website performance issues.
- Plan and execute quality link-building and Off-Page SEO strategies.
- Manage Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Develop SEO content strategies and coordinate with content writers.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and SEO performance.
- Work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Handle multiple SEO projects and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and latest SEO trends.




- Guide junior SEO executives and review their work.
- Explore AI Search, AEO, GEO, and LLM-based search optimization strategies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and keyword research tools.
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and technical website audits.
- Good understanding of WordPress and e-commerce SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Team handling and task management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SEO for IT services, SaaS, e-commerce, and local businesses.
- Knowledge of AEO, GEO, AI Search, Google AI Overviews, and LLM optimization.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Experience working with international SEO projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Relevant SEO certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
