Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Development, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based service platforms and their integration capabilities.
- Experience in customizing and configuring customer service solutions to align with business processes.
- Ability to work with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deploying software components in a cloud workplace.

Additional Information:
