*Job Overview*

Elakrity International is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives with a strong sales background. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with experience in telesales, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Candidates with knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace processes such as Amazon, Alibaba, Flipkart, and similar platforms will be preferred.

*Key Responsibilities*

Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

Explain company products and services effectively to generate sales.

Convert leads into successful sales opportunities.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain long-term relationships.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

Stay updated with company offerings and marketplace processes, including Amazon, Alibaba, Flipkart,



and other e-commerce platforms.

*Requirements*

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.

Proven sales background with a track record of meeting targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.

Familiarity with Amazon, Alibaba, Flipkart, or other online marketplace operations is an added advantage.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

*Qualifications*

Graduate or Undergraduate (Candidates with relevant sales experience are welcome).

Fluency in Hindi and Good English.
