Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, servers, end-user systems,

network devices, and security systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, Active Directory, SQL Server, Linux servers, networking, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure support.

Must-Have Technical Skills

- Linux Server Administration (Ubuntu / CentOS / RHEL)
- User Management & Access Control
- File Server & Shared Folder Management
- Backup & Restore Management
- Network Troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Firewall, Switches & Routers
- CCTV Installation & Troubleshooting
- Access Control Systems & Biometric Devices
- Printer & Peripheral Support
- Antivirus & Endpoint Security
- Knowledge of ISMS (ISO 27001) Audits, Compliance, and Security Best Practices
- Experience in IT Documentation, SOP Preparation, Asset Documentation, and Audit Documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Solid verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022/2025).
- Administer Microsoft SQL Server and perform backup and restore activities.
- Manage VMware virtual machines and virtual infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
- Administer Windows Failover Clusters and monitor server availability.
- Support cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and assist in cloud administration activities.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems.
- Create and manage shared folders, user permissions, and file access.
- Monitor server health, storage utilization, and overall system performance.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN issues.
- Maintain CCTV, biometric, and access control systems.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and security updates.
- Support ISMS (ISO 27001) compliance activities and participate in internal/external audits.
- Prepare and maintain IT infrastructure documentation, SOPs, inventory records, audit documents, and technical reports.
- Handle IT asset management and infrastructure documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues and ensure high system availability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft, VMware, Linux, Azure, AWS, or Networking certifications are an added advantage.
