Job Title: Collections Executive (Payday Loan Experience Preferred)

Job Summary:
Responsible for collecting outstanding payments from customers, maintaining accurate records of accounts, and ensuring timely recovery of overdue debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers by phone, email, or letter regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment commitments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
- Escalate delinquent accounts when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare collection reports and update management on recovery status.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.




- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets. Collection recovery rate.
- Reduction in overdue accounts.

- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP software.
