Job Description:
- Operating and setting VMC (Vertical Machining Center).
- Part setting and programming in 2D & 3D.
- Verify machine settings and program control data for accuracy.
- Post a 3D program through DNC software to the machine.
- Set controls and regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, and angle of cut.
- Daily work management including monitoring action plans, rework, and rejection.
- Support company production requirements at all times.
- Programmer must have experience and knowledge of Delcam – Powermill software.
