Role Purpose

The CEO will provide strategic, operational, and commercial leadership to drive company growth, profitability, market expansion, and customer success. The role is critical in strengthening company's position in industrial automation and technology solutions while ensuring scalable operations, innovation, service excellence, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the company’s long-term business strategy in line with Company mission, market opportunities, and customer needs.

- Lead overall business operations including sales, service delivery, engineering, business development, finance, and people management.

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expansion into current markets, sectors, and enterprise accounts.

- Build strong relationships with key clients, technology partners, vendors, and strategic stakeholders to enhance market presence.

- Strengthen comapnies presence in industrial automation, IoT solutions, IT infrastructure, WMS, WIP automation, RTLS, RFID, and supply chain technology offerings.

- Ensure operational excellence, process improvement, and effective project execution across functions.

- Champion innovation, customer-centricity, and solution-based selling to maintain competitive advantage.

- Monitor business performance through KPIs, budgets, forecasts,



and management reviews, and take corrective action where needed.

- Build and mentor a high-performance leadership team while promoting accountability, integrity, collaboration, and employee development.

- Represent the company externally with customers, partners, industry bodies, and at business forums.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role such as CEO, COO, business head, general manager, or director.

- Proven experience in managing P&L;, business expansion, client acquisition, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of industrial automation, enterprise technology solutions, systems integration, or allied sectors.
