About the Role

MG Medicare. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Medical Representatives to strengthen our sales presence across Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and East Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business by building relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, sleep centers, and other healthcare professionals, while achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
- Promote and generate sales for the company's medical devices and healthcare products.
- Develop strong professional relationships with doctors, hospital purchase teams, biomedical departments, and other key decision-makers.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate product demonstrations whenever required.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the internal operations, service, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer databases, lead status, and sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up for quotations, purchase orders, payments, and collections.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Medical Representative, Medical Device Sales, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, Hospital Sales, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to develop relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Comfortable with field sales and extensive local travelling.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM/reporting tools.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market will be preferred.
- Candidates having existing relationships with doctors, hospitals, pulmonologists, sleep specialists, or respiratory care professionals will have an added advantage.

Preferred Background

Candidates with previous experience in Medical Devices, Respiratory Care, CPAP/BiPAP, Oxygen Therapy, Sleep Diagnostics, Hospital Equipment, Home Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical Sales will be preferred.

Compensation

Annual Salary: ₹2,40,000 – ₹4,80,000

Compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, existing market exposure, and interview performance.

Performance incentives may be offered based on achievement of assigned sales targets.
