We are seeking a Mobile Sales Advisor to assist customers in purchasing smartphones, mobile accessories, and related products. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and basic knowledge of mobile phones and technology.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting smartphones and accessories.
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing.
Achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
Maintain showroom displays and product inventory.
Process billing and sales transactions.
Stay updated on the latest mobile devices and market trends.
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
Requirements
10+2 or higher qualification.
Prior retail/mobile sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Android and iPhone devices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
