We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts professionals to join our finance team. The role involves supporting day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, compliance, and administrative functions across our India, U.S., and Canadian operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in accounting, taxation, and cross-border financial operations. The selected candidates will work closely with senior finance professionals to ensure accurate records, timely compliance, and smooth accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Post journal entries and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and financial records.
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and payment entries.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Organize financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Update accounting data and generate periodic reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required.

India Entity Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Support income tax compliance and filing of ITRs for individuals, firms, and companies under supervision.
- Assist with TDS/TCS entries, reconciliations, and filings.
- Maintain compliance-related records and client documentation.
- Follow up with clients for data, records, and supporting documents.
- Stay updated with basic changes in GST,



Income Tax, and TDS provisions.

US and Canadian Entity Responsibilities

- Assist with bookkeeping for Canadian and U.S. entities.
- Support invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Maintain records related to GST/HST and U.S. state sales taxes.
- Assist in preparation of compliance forms such as T1, T2, T4A, and related filings under supervision.
- Help reconcile multi-currency bank accounts and transactions.
- Support payroll coordination with HR teams or external payroll providers.
- Maintain organized records for tax, accounting, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate vendor communication and document follow-up.

Qualifications for India Entity

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Indian taxation, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and TCS.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications for US and Canadian Entity

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience; internship or articleship experience is an added advantage.




- Basic understanding of accounting principles such as GAAP and IFRS.
- Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. compliance processes at a basic level.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid or remote team environment.
