Job Description:
We are hiring an energetic and fitness-focused Gym General Trainer to assist members on the gym floor. Freshers with basic fitness knowledge and a passion for health and training are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Guide members with basic workouts, warm-ups, stretching, cardio, and strength training.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and protected use of gym equipment.
- Monitor members on the gym floor and maintain a safe workout environment.
- Keep gym equipment clean, organized, and properly arranged.
- Motivate members and provide friendly customer support.
- Assist with group workouts, personal training sessions, membership renewals, and gym promotions.
Requirements:
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness exercises.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Passion for fitness and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible morning or evening shifts.
- Fitness certification is preferred but not mandatory.
