1. Financial Assessment and Analysis

o Review and analyze financial statements and records for accuracy and completeness.

o Perform financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, investments, or loan assessments.

o Assess the financial health and viability of businesses or projects under review.

2. Audit and Verification

o Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

o Verify the validity of financial transactions and supporting documentation.

o Identify discrepancies, irregularities, or potential fraud and report findings.

3. Regulatory Compliance

o Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

o Assist in preparation and filing of tax returns, audit reports, and regulatory submissions.

o Keep updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure adherence.

4. Risk Assessment

o Evaluate financial risks and controls related to assessments.

o Provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks.

o Support management in risk management strategies.

5. Reporting

o Prepare detailed assessment reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations.

o Present reports to senior management, audit committees, or regulatory bodies.





o Maintain documentation and records of assessments conducted.

6. Advisory and Support

o Provide advisory services related to financial structuring, tax planning, and compliance.

o Support other teams such as legal, compliance, and finance with assessment-related insights.

o Assist in resolving queries and clarifications related to assessments.

7. Process Improvement

o Identify areas for improvement in financial assessment processes and controls.

o Implement best practices and standard operating procedures.

o Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

8. Liaison and Coordination

o Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during assessments.

o Facilitate smooth information flow between departments involved in assessment processes.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
