Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
- Schedule appointments and support field executives with leads.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure quality communication.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an added advantage.
- Basic computer and phone handling knowledge.
