- Handling a team of implementers that do the following:
- Properly guiding ,analyzing & recording requirements of clients while keeping in mind the company’s Gap Analysis constraints & policies.
- Giving proper user training at client end.
- Guiding about the server / hardware configuration.
- Preparing Site Readiness Form, customer site visit report, Gap Analysis Form/scope of work, Software maintenance Points, MOM, Training Job card, implementation Sign off for client.
- Provide on-site or off-site support via on-line session whenever required to Client.
- Your primary responsibility is to take care of client.
- Given proper flow of any recent process with DFD diagrams.
- Take regular feedback from clients of newly implemented projects.
- Give and take proper feedback of all tasks & projects.
- Gathering & providing as much information related to competitors.
- Any other relevant job assigned by the management occasionally.
Requirements
- Good comm skills needed.
- Preferably should have implemented healthcare software in hospitals.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
