Job Description:

- HVAC Design for Residential, Institutional, commercial, and Industrial Projects.
- Verifying heating and cooling load calculations, static pressure calculations, and heat load calculations. Equipment specification, equipment performance, system design, system layout, field investigation, and preparation of DBR’s.
- Equipment selection – Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, VRVs, Pumps, Coils, Fans, Chemical Filter Units, Fire and Gas Dampers, boilers, radiators, etc.
- Ensure that the designed HVAC system complies with company, local, state, and federal requirements utilizing engineering knowledge and expertise.
- Preparation of tender documents including design description, technical specifications, approved makes, bill of quantities, technical data sheets and general terms and conditions.




- Preparation of technical as well as commercial comparison and scrutinizing the contractor first of the technical part and then on the commercial part.
- Co-ordinate and provide engineering input for mechanical system design with architectural design, electrical design, instrumentation design etc.
- Interact with clients and project managers. Attending meetings and presentations to discuss design drawings and processes.
- Witness testing and commissioning of the whole HVAC system if and when required.

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical

Desired Experience: 5 – 10 years.
