Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be a creative thinker who understands the client & industry & design well structured, optimized & attractive UI.
- Drive design strategy, project approach and scope.
- Strategically design customer experience & identify all potential customer goals, challenges, scenario & demographics.
- Conduct user requirement analysis to identify key current and future customer needs.
- Develop conceptual wireframes & flowchart with the help of tools.
- Develop mood boards & mockups with the help of tools to effectively meet the industry values.
- Ability to work well individually or in a group setting, and under pressure and time constraints.
- Ability to develop well designed & structured landing pages and web-based application design by understanding the proper flow.
- Ability to develop emailers which will compatible with all latest email platforms with responsive design.
- Optimize pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Should be able to lead a team of UI resources if given a chance.
- Robust understanding of cross-browser & cross-device compatibility issues and ways to work around them with the help of the latest tools.
- Perform troubleshooting steps, if any, in the phase of implementation, customization, and configuration.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must have 3 years of experience in Frontend development.
- Candidate must have strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
- Constantly bring and implement product innovation and ideas to improve customer experience.
- Strong adherence to best practices and experience in UI/UX implementation strategies.
- Familiar with the platforms to design wireframes, moodboards, mockups & flowcharts.
- Familiar with development and debugging tools for cross-browser & cross-device issues.
- Strong knowledge in designing platforms like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or any premium tools.
- Experience working with clients to understand their requirements and implement optimal solutions.
- Ability to streamline releases and maintain code quality.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Node, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of versioning tools like Git, Bitbucket will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CMS like WordPress, WooCommerce, etc. will be an added advantage.
