Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Senior Social Media Executive to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, video editing, and campaign execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience growth, and business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.
- Design and edit short-form and long-form video content for Reels, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.




- Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with SEO, PPC, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, review their work, and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with content planning, social media calendars, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, or other social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO and PPC.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
