Job Summary

College Guru is looking for an E-Seva & Admission Executive to manage online application processing, entrance exam registrations, admission documentation, and counselling support. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Akshaya Centres, CSC, Janasevana Kendram, Educational Consultancies, or EdTech companies handling student admissions and government/education portal services.

Key Responsibilities

- Process online applications for KEAM, NEET UG, NEET PG, JEE, CUET, ICAR, NATA, and other entrance examinations.
- Handle KEAM, MCC, and other counselling portal registrations, choice filling, option entry, and admission procedures.
- Verify student certificates and supporting documents before submission.
- Process admissions through various university and government portals.
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and update data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with students regarding document collection, application status, and admission procedures.
- Ensure all applications are submitted accurately within deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and documents.
- Provide support during admission seasons and counselling schedules.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent computer knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Experience in admission processing or documentation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and internet applications.
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.




- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications under strict deadlines.
