1. *Job Requisition Management*: Manage job requisitions from hiring managers, ensuring accurate job descriptions and requirements.

*Sourcing and Attraction*

1. *Candidate Sourcing*: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals.

2. *Job Posting and Advertising*: Create and publish job postings on various platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media.

3. *Employer Branding*: Develop and maintain the company's employer brand and reputation.

*Application and Selection*

1. *Application Management*:



Manage candidate applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

2. *Initial Screening*: Conduct initial screenings of candidate applications, resumes, and cover letters.

3. *Phone and Video Interviews*: Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.

4. *In-Person Interviews*: Coordinate and participate in in-person interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
