We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant or café operations. The position offers 18000 monthly and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process them through the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and resolve basic queries.
- Prepare beverages and basic food items as per company standards (if required).
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations.




- Explicit and reset tables after customer use.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
- Refill stock, condiments, and service supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10 th Pass and 0 to 1 Year of Experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
