Job Purpose:

Maintain CRM data, support lead management activities, and ensure accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update leads, contacts, and opportunities in CRM.
- Track lead follow-ups and sales activities.
- Generate daily and weekly reports.
- Verify and maintain data accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales teams for updates.
- Assist in customer database management.
- Monitor lead allocation and status updates.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and process compliance.

Skills Required:

- Attention to detail.
- Positive Excel and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
