Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and reverse logistics.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation with Tally systems.
- Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper stock control, minimizing discrepancies and stock losses.
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and operational workflows to improve productivity and space efficiency.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Customer Support, and Sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory availability.
- Track and analyze key warehouse performance metrics, including order accuracy, dispatch turnaround time (TAT), inventory accuracy, productivity, and return processing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse staff by performance standards, and continuous training programs.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely shipment pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Manage reverse logistics, customer returns, damaged inventory, and refurbishment processes while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, statutory regulations, and company policies.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Prepare operational reports, inventory dashboards, and performance analyses for management review.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–8years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, and supply chain best practices.
- Proven experience managing high-volume order fulfillment and quick-paced warehouse operations.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory planning, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and warehouse optimization techniques.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting strict dispatch timelines and operational KPIs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹14,399.22 - ₹30,000.00 per month
