Job Description

CRMIT is seeking a MuleSoft Integration Qualified with 7-10 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in MuleSoft. The ideal candidate will have expertise in API integration, microservices, and data integration using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in solution design across middleware platforms are essential. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate effective stakeholder management and a commitment to establishing industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- 8-12 years of industry experience with at least 10 years in Integration Technologies with minimum 5 + years of Mulesoft.
- Act as a MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect, with experience as a Solution Design Specialist.
- Experience across Middleware platforms, from Webmethods to MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- MuleSoft Specific experience: Mule ESB, RAML, MEL, DataWeave, API Led, Anypoint MQ, DataWeave Operators, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform.
- DevOps: GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on work experience on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Integration and Microservices, Data Integration, Salesforce.
- Must have hands-on experience in planning, architecture, design, and development of applications, APIs, Web services, and Integrations using Mule ESB, JAVA J2EE, SFTP Connectors.
- Delivery Methods: MUST know Agile Development methodology (Scrum). Must have worked on Struts, Springs, Hibernate, AJAX, REST, JPA.




- Possess good knowledge in software design, OOPs, and adherence to good guidelines.
- Customer stakeholder management.
- Establishing industry best practices and process improvements.

Required Skills

- Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect and/or Platform Architect.
- Middleware Expertise: Proficient in middleware platforms, specifically from WebMethods to MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- MuleSoft Specific Skills: Hands-on experience with Mule ESB, RAML, MEL, DataWeave, API-led design, Anypoint MQ, and Anypoint Studio.
- DevOps: Familiarity with GitHub Actions.
- Integration Experience: Strong background in API integration, microservices, data integration, and Salesforce.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in planning, architecture, design, and development using Mule ESB, Java J2EE, and SFTP connectors.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development, particularly Scrum; familiarity with frameworks such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate, AJAX, REST, and JPA.
- Software Design: Good knowledge of software design principles, OOP concepts, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and management skills with customer stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Ability to establish industry best practices and drive process improvements.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are a plus. (Preferred)
