Job Description – Host (Hospitality)

Position: Host / Hostess

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest seating.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive first impression.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Pleasant personality with a well-groomed appearance.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts,



including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Team player with good organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
