Senior BDM / BDM (US Calling - Night Shift)

Job Description

- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business
- Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
- Leading all day-to-day aspects of evaluating an RFP/RFI. Get involved in every aspect of the submission. Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, operations, pricing, transition, technology, facilities et al)
- Provide client centric solutions for business proposals that need innovative commercial models and engagement structures
- Creation of marketing concepts




- Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across various processes- Understand, articulate and write technical solution as explained by SMEs
- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands

Requirements

- Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field
- At best, experience in a similar position
- Valuable interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
- US Healthcare experience preferred
