GAMMA Marine Training Institute is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and treasury functions.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting financial documentation in line with statutory requirements.
- Manage invoicing, receivables, collections, and vendor payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, payroll processing, and other statutory obligations.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cash-flow statements, and management reporting (MIS).
- Liaise with auditors, chartered accountants, banking partners, and tax consultants for audits and compliance matters.
- Maintain documentation for foreign remittances (FEMA/FIRC)



and international payment processing.
- Support budgeting, internal/statutory audits, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A;).

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in core accounting and financial management.
- Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, payroll compliance, and banking operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience with foreign remittances and service-industry accounting preferred.

Timing
Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday – 9 am to 5 pm
