Position: Purchase Executive (Hostel Operations)

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 2+ years of experience

Location: Kishangarh (Rajasthan)

Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of kitchen equipment, food supplies, hostel furniture, and related operational services.

Develop and maintain a robust vendor network for reliable sourcing.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize costs.

Ensure timely availability of supplies to support hostel and kitchen operations.

Monitor vendor performance and compliance with quality standards.

Coordinate logistics and delivery to the hostel/kitchen location.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in procurement of hospitality, kitchen, or hostel supplies.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to manage procurement processes efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent field
- Experience:



2+ years in managing a institution/hostel/ any corporate.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong command of MS Excel and Tally
- Familiarity with end-to-end procurement systems
- Interpersonal Competencies:
- Sharp negotiation abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
- Analytical mindset for vendor comparison and cost-efficiency
- Designation and budget can be improved for the right candidate.
