Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, handle vendor coordination, process invoices and quotations, and coordinate closely with the technical team to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Process purchase requisitions and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with the accounts department for payment processing.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and vendor documents.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand material specifications and project requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries, pending orders,



and quality issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchase records.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of procurement and purchase procedures.
- Experience in handling quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical and project teams.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/Purchase Management Software.
- Attention to detail and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
