Broad Function:

We are seeking for a Full Stack Developer with minimum 4–5 years of experience in Java and React to join our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, role requires strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot along with frontend development experience using React.js to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade applications.

Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and React.

- Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks.

- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js,



JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.

- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4–5 years of professional experience in full-stack application development using Java and React.js.

- Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17/21) and hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.





- Strong frontend development experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks, Redux, and Context API, with an understanding of responsive web design.

- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, including SQL and query optimization.

- Proficiency with development and collaboration tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, Postman/Swagger, Jenkins, Docker (preferred), and IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA/Eclipse and VS Code.

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and exposure to Kubernetes/OpenShift is preferred.

- Experience with Apache Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, OAuth 2.0/JWT, JUnit, Mockito, and SonarQube will be an added advantage.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare, along with exposure to event-driven architecture and application performance tuning, is desirable.
