JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Manager- Purchase ( Supply Chain Manager)

Report to: Chairman & MD

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Bagru, Jaipur

Office Time: 9:00 to 05:30 PM

IT literacy:

- Experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access database software, Google drive etc.

Job Responsibility:

- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays.

- Maintain a high accuracy rate for purchase orders (minimizing errors and discrepancies).

- Achieve cost savings targets through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies.

- Maintain high-quality standards for suppliers, ensuring materials meet required specifications.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and favorable terms.





- Optimize inventory turnover rates to balance availability with cost and Ensure high accuracy in inventory records through regular audits.

- Identify and implement process improvements in the procurement function.

- Ensure the procurement team is well-trained and up-to-date with industry best practices.

- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement.

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., production, finance, R&D;) to align procurement with overall company objectives.
