About Ode Spa

Ode Spa is a premium wellness brand offering high-quality spa and wellness experiences to guests. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our airport spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ode Spa outlet.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the team of therapists and guest relations staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, targets, and operational performance.
- Prepare and review daily reports and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, service quality, and outlet presentation.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, leave, and manpower requirements.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.




- Drive sales through upselling, service recommendations, and retail opportunities.
- Ensure proper inventory management and timely replenishment of supplies.
- Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with airport security, safety, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Spa, Salon, Wellness, Hospitality, or Retail Operations.
- Previous experience as a Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager / Operations Manager preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of sales, revenue, and operational reports.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates with experience in airport spas or luxury hospitality will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
