Role Overview

We are seeking energetic, communication-driven individuals to join our International BPO team in Chandigarh as Entry-Level Associates. This role is tailor-made for ambitious freshers looking to kick-start a career in global customer service and international sales. You will be responsible for initiating outbound cold calls to prospective international clients while also handling inbound customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Cold Calling: Initiate proactive phone calls to international prospects, introduce products or services, qualify leads, and generate current business opportunities.
- Inbound Process Handling: Answer incoming customer calls, address inquiries, resolve basic process-related issues, and provide accurate, first-call resolutions.
- Lead & Query Management: Identify customer needs, overcome initial objections, and route complex technical or high-level sales queries to the appropriate specialized teams.
- CRM & Data Entry: Accurately log all customer interactions, call outcomes,



and lead notes into the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in real time.
- Quality & Metric Adherence: Meet daily and weekly operational targets, including call volume, average handle time (AHT), lead conversion rates, and quality assurance standards.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and active listening across every customer interaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Education: Any Graduate
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English with clear pronunciation, proper grammar, and a neutral or easy-to-understand accent.
- Technical Fluency: Basic computer literacy, including typing proficiency and familiarity with navigating web browsers and internal software tools.
- Mindset & Resilience: High energy, resilience against rejections during cold calling, and a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Shift Readiness: Comfortable and willing to work dedicated overnight shifts on a fixed Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
