Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day HVAC service operations and maintenance activities.
- Supervise service engineers and technicians for preventive maintenance, breakdown services, and project-related jobs.
- Handle customer service requests, technical issues, and complaint resolution efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients to understand service requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor coordination for service execution and material procurement.
- Develop new HVAC service business, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service agreements.
- Prepare service quotations, AMC proposals, maintenance schedules, and service reports.
- Ensure timely completion of service assignments while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor manpower deployment, service productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate job closure, billing, invoicing, and payment collections.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
- Support management in achieving service revenue, profitability, and operational goals.

Required Skills

- Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems including:
- Chillers




- VRF/VRV Systems
- AHU
- FCU
- Ventilation Systems
- Package Units
- Expertise in HVAC troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship and vendor management abilities.
- Experience in AMC management and service contract execution.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation.

Preferred Experience

- 8+ years of experience in HVAC Service Operations.
- Experience in HVAC, MEP, Facility Management, or Building Services industry.
- Proven ability to generate new service business and manage key customer accounts.
- Experience handling multiple service projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
