Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and articulate Communication Skills Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs aimed at enhancing verbal, non-verbal, and written communication competencies. In this role, you will help candidates/employees improve their business etiquette, public speaking, workplace communication, and interpersonal skills to excel in corporate environments, client interactions, or academic assessments.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging group and individual sessions on Business English, Voice & Accent, Interpersonal Communication, Public Speaking, and Email Etiquette.
- Facilitate interactive activities, role-plays, mock interviews, and group discussions to encourage practical application.
- Adapt training delivery styles for diverse audiences (e.g., college students, entry-level hires, mid-level professionals).
- Curriculum & Content Development:
- Design, update, and customize training content, workbooks, presentations, and interactive modules based on learner needs.
- Develop specialized modules for specific workplace requirements (e.g., cross-cultural communication, negotiation skills, client presentation skills).
- Assessment & Feedback:
- Conduct pre-training assessments to identify baseline skills and specific learning gaps.
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, body language, tone, and active listening.
- Evaluate post-training improvements and prepare performance reports.
- Mentorship & Coaching:




- Offer one-on-one coaching for learners requiring extra assistance with confidence building or accent neutralization.
- Foster a supportive, low-anxiety setting that encourages participation and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Linguistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as a Communication Skills Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, or English Language Instructor.

Technical & Core Competencies

- Flawless command of written and spoken English, with strong awareness of grammar, voice, accent, and vocabulary.
- In-depth understanding of corporate etiquette, non-verbal communication, and body language dynamics.
- Proficiency with training tools, presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides), and virtual classroom platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).

Soft Skills

- High emotional intelligence, active listening, and strong empathy.
- Dynamic public speaking and facilitation skills capable of keeping large audiences engaged.
- Excellent adaptability and time management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications in Training & Development (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, Train the Trainer / TTT).
- Prior experience in corporate corporate learning & development (L&D;), BPO/KPO voice training, or campus recruitment training (CRT).
- Familiarity with Instructional Design principles.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
