Rubenius is looking for a Graphics Designer who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering new ideas.

As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for leading and directing editorial/marketing graphic and visual design, copy, video, animation, infographic, social media material, photography and promotional assets.

Responsibilities

- Working in close contact with the marketing communications team, helping them ideate and execute creative ideas
- Design creative concepts from the briefs and bring them to life within branding guidelines
- Designing for social media, and creating brand collateral according to the needs of the marketing team
- Understand creative briefs to create unique visuals for infographics, GIFs, purchase guides, mailers etc.
- Should be able to convert thoughts/ideas into visuals.
- Understanding of basic animation to create short length moving illustrations




- Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions
- Must have ability to ideate and refer to relevant design touch-points
- Work towards doing things differently with available guidance

Qualifications

‍

- A degree in Graphic Design.
- 1 to 2 year of experience working as a designer.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your skills in data visualization, infographics, designing brand collateral and designs for social media.
- A deep understanding of typography, layout, colour, and brand systems.
- Sound knowledge of working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Willingness to learn concepts around branding, brand guidelines and visual marketing.
- Must have Experience on Aftereffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier pro.
- Good at conceptualization, ideation and translating them to good layouts/design, good understanding of typography and photography.
